Bat Blima has specific policies and rules in order to meet everyone's needs. A main principle is the 18 dollar loan rule. This is a system in which the dress is given, but in order to ensure it's well being, we require an $18 rental fee that will be returned once the dress is back in our hands clean and in perfect condition. If not returned in the following ways, the $18 will not be returned and/or refunded. The dress, once again, must be returned clean without rips, tears, and/or holes.
